TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All artwork is sold on a first come first served basis, as it is original artwork. The price of the artwork is valid at the time of sale and any changes to it will not affect the purchase process.
PAYMENT
Customers can pay by cheque, credit transfer or Internet banking. The artwork will be delivered once the payment has been received and cleared. If the payment has not cleared within seven days the order will be cancelled.
All payments must be in pounds sterling.
DELIVERY
Delivery is the responsibility of the seller.
All orders of artwork will be insured.
Once the buyer has the artwork, it is there responsibility. The seller is not then responsible for any damage or loss.
If the delivery looks damaged the buyer must refuse the artwork on delivery and contact the seller to explain what has happened. In this unlikely event a full refund will be given.
If the buyer refuses the delivery for any other reason, then the artwork must be sent back to the seller. In this case, the buyer will incur the delivery and insurance charges and they will be deducted from any refund they are due to receive.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you notice any damage at the time of delivery, you must refuse the artwork.
If the buyer notices any damage when opening the delivery, they must contact me, the seller.
All damaged items must be sent back in their original packaging using the courier service we provide. All details will be given when you contact me.
A full refund will be given if the seller agrees it is a genuine claim.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
The buyer can cancel any order within seven days of the order being placed.
If the artwork has already been received, it must be returned within fourteen days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for the delivery and insurance costs if this occurs.
The artwork must be in its original condition and able to be resold before a refund will be issued.
The seller can cancel the order at any time. A full refund will be issued if this occurs.
COPYRIGHT
The copyright of all the paintings on this site remains with the artist. The buyer is receiving original artwork that cannot be tampered with in any way.
We do not give permission to republish, alter, transmit, distribute or copy any of
the material shown or downloaded from this site. If any publication rights are required,
